Application of initial defects
When an item different from your order arrives.
If there is any damage or malfunction when you arrive.
When accessories (parts) are missing or defective.
Matters not applicable to initial defects
1) If more than 7 days have passed since you received the item (warranty may apply)
2) Some oil remains (because it is shipped after operation check)
3) Scratches, damage, and dirt that occur during use. A product that has been incorrectly disassembled and assembled.
4) Those that have no problem in use and those that are due to sensory phenomena that have no functional effect.
5) Due to customer's convenience (mismatch, could not be installed, color difference, mistake, etc.)
6) Products whose product condition at the time of return was significantly different from that at the time of delivery (including boxes and accessories)
7) When we judge that it was caused intentionally, negligently, or otherwise contrary to normal use.
Products with no defective parts as a result of inspection
Precautions for initial defects
We cannot accept returns or exchange requests from anyone other than the purchaser.
If the product is returned, you will need to repack it, so please do not throw away all packing materials and accessories.
If any accessory (part) is missing or defective, only the relevant part will be replaced or sent.
We do not lend out replacement products that are being replaced or repaired.
We do not compensate for losses due to the inability to use the product (compensation for lost time, compensation for commercial loss, etc.).
If the defect is not reproduced in the product, it is considered that the initial defect is not applicable.
