You can restore the sharpness of your scissors by resharpening the blades and replacing consumable parts.
Please be sure to read the instructions below in full before sending us your scissors.
Shipping costs to our company are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment method

Payment in advance.
All financial transactions will be done on a Japanese yen basis.
If you use a credit card issued overseas, the amount will be converted into the currency of that country at the standard rate set by the card company or PayPal before being charged to the cardholder. Please note that depending on the card company, a separate fee may be charged.

■Card Payment / Square Invoice.
   After your order is confirmed, you will receive a Square invoice via email.
   Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the payment process.
   Square invoices will be sent from　invoicing@messaging.squareup.com.

■PAYPAL  
  After your scissors reached us,  We will send the PayPal invoice to your email. 
  Please pay according to the guidance of the email that you received. 
  Scissors are returned to you after receiving the payment in PAYPAL.

    • We do not accept international money orders or bank checks. Please do not send these to us.

 

Delivery method

Fix the scissors so that they do not open.
If you have bubble wrap or other cushioning material, please protect the scissors.

Please be sure to include the following information on the shipping label and invoice attached to your shipment.

    • Return scissors to original manufacture for repair.
    • N.V.C , Value for customs purpose only.
